Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is needed, for walk-ins or over the phone inquiries, but it is better to call the office (801-616-3079) to confirm. You can shoot Michael a text if you would like him to help design a frame (801-380-0507).
How do I return an item?
We have a one year warranty on almost all frames. Just send us an email and we will take care of you.
Do you install artwork?
Yes! If you send us your artwork we will professionally install your artwork including hanging hardware. If you have us install it'll be gallery ready out our door.
Do you do wall installation?
We only install commercial mirrors for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Email us to get a shipping quote. Price of shipping is dependent on your location, shipping box size and weight.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
At Masterworks we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Our satisfaction rating is 99.6%. If you are not happy with your frame for whatever reason, we will fix it or remake it. Please send us an email, and we will take care of you.
What is your lead time?
Our typical turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. If you need something sooner, please call or email.
Can you match any image?
Almost! Send us an image and we will be able to match it about 70%. Due to copyright issues, we cannot copy another framers work 100%. However, we are more than happy to design a custom frame that fits your specific needs.
How does a float frame work?
A modern float frame gives the effect that the artwork is hovering in space. Artwork fastens into the frame by using velcro blocks on small pieces or screws into a cradle board or stretcher bar on larger pieces. There is usually a ¼” of float space on all four sides of the artwork.
Does my frame come with hardware?
No, generally we do not include hardware with the frame. However, we do include hardware if we are installing artwork (for a small fee).
